EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Kaycie has spent more than a decade working in finance and has extensive experience with agricultural, commercial, consumer, and residential real estate lending. Her family background gives her a unique understanding of the Ag community and the evolving challenges they face. She received her Animal Science Bachelors degree from Kansas State, is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, and a member the Bank Leaders of Kansas class of 2025. Kaycie was also just recently appointed a seat on the Kansas Ag Bankers Board.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Kaycie has spent her entire life involved in Ag development. She grew up on a farm in Central Kansas and, she and her husband are now raising their two children on a cow-calf operation. Kaycie was appointed to a seat on the Kansas Ag Bankers Board through her experience in the Bank Leaders of Kansas. Her position is a three-year term, and the KAB's mission is to support, enhance, and promote the agricultural banking industry in Kansas.
Kaycie believes that agriculture is more than just a business, it's a way of life. Her goal as an Ag banker is to develop business relationships built on understanding and provide expert financial guidance to help better each operation year after year.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Kaycie is actively involved in her community and values the time she spends helping others. She is involved with the local Kiwanis Club, PEO Club and also volunteers for Meals on Wheels and Genesis.
