EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Don Churchill brings over 20 years of experience in agricultural banking, with a career centered on lending and management. Raised on his family’s ranch, Rocking Arrow Charolais, Don learned the values of hard work and stewardship at an early age. A native of Valentine, Nebraska, and a graduate of Valentine High School, he later continued his professional development through the South Dakota Bankers Association Leadership program and Leadership Bankers graduate school, building both his expertise and leadership within the industry.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Don’s banking philosophy is rooted in partnership and trust. He is committed to working alongside businesses, particularly within the agricultural community, to help them achieve their goals and dreams. By offering superior products and services tailored to each client, Don strives to maximize success and ensure long-term growth. He especially enjoys connecting with ag producers, who he believes represent some of the most dedicated and hardworking people in the world.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Beyond his role as a banker, Don has long been active in supporting youth and agricultural organizations. He is a charter member of the Chadron High School FFA and served for several years as President of the South Dakota 4-H Rodeo Finals.
