    Our trust department was authorized by the State of Nebraska to conduct trust powers in 1967 and was the 10th bank in the State of Nebraska to do so.  We assist customers in estate planning and asset management, as well as investment and retirement planning.  We can fill the position of not only Trustee, but also Conservator, Guardian, Personal Representative or Agent.

     

    Our staff is experienced in law, accounting, real estate, agriculture, business administration, tax issues, investments, and insurance.  We work together as a team to bring together the talent required to achieve the best solutions and results.  Besides our well-qualified staff, audits are conducted by state and federal examiners on a regular basis and an independent audit is conducted annually by outside auditors. We are also bonded so you can rest easy knowing that your affairs are being handled by experienced employees who are looking out for your financial welfare.
