Eligibility Requirements are:

  * 25 Debit card purchases each month (PIN or signature based)

  * 1 Direct Deposit or 1 Direct Payment (ACH) each month

   * eStatement Delivery

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you also receive ATM surcharge refunds up to $10 each month and whether you qualify or not, we won't ever charge you a foreign ATM charge when you use an ATM machine.

If eligibility requirements are not met during the monthly qualification statement cycle, the APY will convert to a .20% APY base rate on all balances, the ATM refunds will not be provided for that cycle, and a $7 monthly membership fee will apply.  Rates will remain in effect until June 30, 2011 and are subject to change at the bank's discretion after that time.
